The cold front that moves through the area Monday night will stall across southeast Missouri keeping most of the rain chances to the south of I-70. However, a few showers and thunderstorms may be possible. Highs will be cooler in the middle 60s.

WEEKEND - NEXT WEEK
Overall, the weekend will begin to trend warmer and potentially stormy at times, but only at 20-30% chances. Temps will be in the middle 70s with lows in the 50s.
The pattern into next week is showing signs of several consecutive rounds of showers and thunderstorms, at 30-40% chances from Monday through Wednesday. Temps will be in the 70s to near 80 with lows in the 50s.
